The things everybody asks
How far in advance should we book?
Saturdays between May and September usually go nine to twelve months ahead. Corporate and live work is often booked inside a fortnight. If your date shows as taken in the scheduler, send an enquiry anyway, plans change more often than you would think.
Do you travel?
Constantly. Travel within Portugal is included. Anywhere else, I add flights and one night of accommodation at cost, no day rate on top.
How long until we see the photographs?
A preview set of eight to fifteen frames lands within 24 hours. The full gallery arrives within fourteen days for weddings and celebrations, the next morning for conferences, and overnight for live work.
What do you need from us on the day?
Somewhere to put a bag and roughly thirty minutes of daylight for portraits, ideally in the hour before sunset. Everything else I will work around.
Do you do posed group photographs?
Yes, if you want them, and they are done in fifteen minutes. Give me a list of no more than eight groups and someone loud who knows everybody, and you will be back at the bar before the drinks get warm.
How does payment work?
A 25 percent retainer holds the date, and the balance is due two weeks before the event. Bank transfer or card, whichever suits, and the invoice is issued the day you confirm.
